Authors must register with the journal prior to submission or, if already registered, simply log in to begin the online submission process. Manuscripts should be prepared using the official ELIS Article Template and comply with all formatting, ethical, and submission requirements.

ELIS welcomes original, unpublished manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of English language education, applied linguistics, educational technology, teacher education, language assessment, curriculum development, and related disciplines. All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a rigorous double-blind peer-reviewprocess to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance. Authors are encouraged to carefully follow the journal’s formatting requirements and publication policies to facilitate a smooth review and publication process.

As a fully open-access journal, ELIS is committed to disseminating high-quality scholarly research to a global audience without subscription barriers. The journal currently does not charge any Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscript submission, peer review, editorial processing, or publication. Authors are invited to contribute innovative and impactful research that advances knowledge, supports evidence-based practice, and promotes international scholarly collaboration in English language education and related fields.
