English Language Instruction Studies (ELIS) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to advancing research, innovation, and practice in English language education and related fields. ELIS is published twice a year, in June and December, and officially commenced publication with Volume 1, Number 1 in June 2026. The journal welcomes high-quality scholarly contributions from researchers, educators, practitioners, and academics worldwide and is committed to promoting rigorous peer review, ethical publishing, open scholarly communication, and the dissemination of research that contributes to the development of English language teaching and learning.
English Language Instruction Studies (ELIS) invites researchers, educators, academics, and practitioners to submit original scholarly manuscripts for its upcoming issue, Volume 1, Number 2, scheduled for publication in December 2026. Submissions addressing topics within the journal’s focus and scope are warmly welcomed.
