English Language Instruction Studies (ELIS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access online journal published by Global Insight Publishing, located in Palopo, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Focusing on English language education, ELIS publishes scholarly research on language teaching, learning, assessment, curriculum, and instructional innovation. The journal provides an academic platform for researchers, educators, and practitioners to share original studies and evidence-based educational practices.

ELIS publishes twice annually, in June and December, beginning with Volume 1, Number 1, June 2026. Published electronically through Open Journal Systems (OJS), the journal welcomes original research articles, systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, and scholarly contributions advancing English language education in local and international contexts.
